Research And Planning: Photoshop Film Poster

This was relatively easy I got the head of Jack Skellington and made the background Black and dyed his eyes red so I could easily delete the background leaving the image of only his head I then dragged it over to the head of Tom Hanks and adjusted the size appropiately

Research And Planning: Medium Close ups

These are examples of Medium Close up for my college Magazine, I understand that I need to use a medium Close up for my College Magazine

Research and Planning: College Magazine Analysis

This magazine is off an official magazine the masthead clearly says COLLEGE so people know that it is a college magazine. The magazines audience is for 18-21 year old probably attending the college

They add the issue number to make it look more professional as they can keep track of how many they make and what month it is for.

The main picture is an attractive female which makes girls want to buy it as there might be beauty tips and make guys want to buy it as there is an attractive female featured on the cover.

The cover lines are important because they are interesting topics that a young adult might be interested in such as sports or sex. Also it includes information on certain people like "Chelsea Handler Exclusive Interview" This is typical of colleges because people always want information on other people especially if rumour have been stated about them

The final analysis I will make is the bar code, having it makes it look authentic and not just another college magazine project showing they want it to be professional

Research And Plannning: Indesign Tutorial

I made this Review by first copying and saving a picture of the underworld review and adding it to indesign I then set boundaries where I could make columns professionally I placed the text using this clever tool which adds it where I wanted to put the text, I placed the picture using the same tool.

I then made the title using the text tool which was much easier then on Photoshop and added a squared which I coloured and sent to the back

Research and Planning : Photoshop Challenge

I followed the plan on the Photoshop Challenge sheet and I found it much easier to use as I am getting used to it

I used the text tool and edited it appropriately I then added the drop shadow on the text then dyed the background blue like it said in the instructions.

I added R.D Jnr to the photoshop and changed his hair colour to green I then added a square in the layer behind the picture to add a border

Research and Planning: Skin Tutorial RJ

I used the spot remover tool to remove her spots and then I used a duplicate background to remove her shiny face. I then used the brush tool at a low opacity to add colour to her hair and gave her eyelashes with the slightly dark brush

Research and Planning: Photoshop CD tutorial

I used a combination of three images I set the note sheet as the background and cut the disc out which I used to move tool to drag across to the main picture. I then used the colour balance to change the disc colour, also adding hue and saturation tools to give it a warped look. I did the same with the background layer. The most difficult part was using the magic wand tool because it was something i wasn't very experienced with I selected part of the white background and selected similar option to highlight all the white background, then I pressed invert so that only the brass instrument was selected which I dragged over. I colour edited it as well. To make the font I pressed to word tool to add text and chose a custom font. I also used outer shadow to make the text stand out. I then used to warping tool to warp the background making it seem more and more obscene
